4 low cost marketing tools

A website doesn't have to be expensive.  Sometimes just having a website presence is enough.  But where to start?

I've discovered 3 ways a business owner can have a "free" or almost free website.  Not blog (that's another marketing technique)... but a website.   One from GoDaddy and one from Microsoft.  A business acquaintance, Crystal Robinson of SlimmerWithin.com is using the GoDaddy tool. 

How does she have time to market her own business while working full time as a market manager for a savings and loan?  She uses 4 low cost marketing tools to help her build her business.  A website is only one of the tools.
